I am the designer of THE DIVA CORD MAKER™. It was very exciting to become one of the few women U.S. patent holders and I am very proud that it is made in the USA. It has been such a pleasure to have my product so well received. You have been very generous with your compliments and I thank you.
I think my love of fiber started when I was a little girl making potholders, which was actually my first business. My mother was a hairdresser and I sold my wares to her customers and friends for 25 cents each. After selling three or four, I could use my funds to purchase another bag of those colorful loops! Texture and color has always excited me. So, after 18 years in health care administration, I decided to indulge my love of fiber and open a yarn store in Northern California. I had my store for 20 years and I thoroughly enjoyed helping my customers choose just the right yarn and accessories to create their projects.
You may have seen our booth at the numerous wholesale and consumer trade shows throughout the country. In addition to THE DIVA CORD MAKER™, we also sell beautiful fibers, pendants, beads, and “all things befitting a “goddess”. Our booth is always the one where the customers are laughing and having lots of fun! If you are ever at a show that is listed in our Events Calendar, please stop by and say “hello”.
